This afternoon, RTVE hosted a press conference in Madrid to release Spain’s entry for Junior Eurovision 2025, which is Érase una vez (Once upon a time) by Gonzalo Pinillos. Junior Eurovision 2025 will take place on Saturday December 13th from the Olympic Palace in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Érase una vez translates to Once upon a time and the main message of the song is to inspire the younger generation to want to read books.
RTVE has unveiled the creative team behind Spain’s performance at Junior Eurovision 2025. Verónica Ferreiro returns as vocal coach for the third consecutive year, bringing her expertise once again. Staging will be led by Juan Sebastián, known for his work on Nebulossa’s performance at Eurovision 2024. Choreography will be handled by Mónica Peña, with the stage in Tbilisi set to feature two dancers: Daniela Valladolid and Alex Garrido.
Last year, Spain was represented by Chloe Delarosa with “Como la Lola”. Spain finished 6th with 144 points, placing 6th in the jury vote and 5th in the public vote.
