What is your first Eurovision memory?Ā

It’s very random but it was Estonia 2011 – Rockefeller Street. I remember watching it as a kid, I couldn’t take my eyes off the TV screen. Not sure if it was Getter’s hot pink dress or the catchy lyrics of ā€œ1273 down the Rockefeller streetā€, but ever since that performance I have been obsessed with Eurovision.

Ā

Ā Favourite Eurovision song?

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  My answer changes all the time, currently it is Ela by Andromache (Cyprus 2022). An ethnic Mediterranean bop sung by a Greek goddess, what more do you need? I still cannot believe she did not qualify, in my opinion she was robbed and deserved a spot in the Grand Final.

Ā

Favourite National Final?

This is such a tough question, if I had to choose it would be Melodifestivalen (Sweden), I am a sucker for Swedish pop music. You know Eurovision is fast approaching when the rumours for Melodifestivalen start circulating. I love how the contest showcases a variety of genres performed by established artists but also up and coming acts. Some of my favourite artists have all come from Melfest, including the likes of Klara Hammarström, Dotter and Dolly Style. Melfest 2026 needs to hurry up fast!

Ā

What music do you listen to outside of Eurovision?

I listen to all types of music but currently I’m loving JADE, Zara Larsson and Aitana.

Ā

A surprising fact about you?

Not many people know this, I trained to be a wrestler for eight years. During those eight years, I won rookie of the year for All Star Wrestling. I stopped in 2018 due to exams but I have never closed that chapter, who knows what the future holds. I still watch WWE every week mainly for the Women. My childhood hero Nikki Bella has recently come out of retirement, my inner child is screaming happy joy. Another little fact is that my trainer Andre Chase is now signed to WWE, which is surreal to say that I was trained by a WWE superstar.

Ā

Ā Favourite city you have visited?

Definitely Madrid. I love the food, the culture and the people are very welcoming. In the past year I have been to Madrid three times, I just love being there. I can see myself living in this beautiful city one day.Ā

Ā

What is your first Eurovision memory?Ā

My first Eurovision memory was watching Helena Paparizou win Eurovision 2005 with her song ‘My Number One’. Through the years, I have been a part of many family Eurovision parties, and this is a core memory that has stuck with me ever since.

Ā

Favourite Eurovision song?

This is a tough one as I have so many much-loved Eurovision entries, but I would have to say absolute favourites are Justyna Steczkowska – ‘Gaja’, Gjon’s Tears – ‘Tout l’Univers’, and Andromache – ‘Ela’.

Ā

Favourite National Final?Ā

My favourite National Final to date is definitely Greece’s Ethnikós Telikós. I loved every second of the 2025 edition & the entire show felt like a celebration of Greek music & culture, I thoroughly look forward to future editions of this National Final.

Ā

What music do you listen to outside of Eurovision?Ā

Outside of Eurovision, I love listening Summer dance anthems, house & techno music the most.

Ā

A surprising fact about you?

A potentially surprising fact that people may not know about me, is that I trained & competed in Artistic Gymnastics for 14 years. I competed up to the age of 21 and eventually retired from the sport, however I still love watching the sport on TV, and gymnastics will always be apart of my life for the foreseeable future.

Ā

Favourite city you have visited?

My favourite city I have visited has to be Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. I absolutely fell in love with the food, culture and lifestyle of the locals. The incredible experiences I encountered whilst I was there will stay with me for the rest of my life, I truly hope to revisit again soon.
