Super Saturday has just concluded, we have five more songs to add to our Eurovision 2026 playlist. Heat 5 and final qualification of Melodifestivalen also took place, we now know all twelve finalists of Melodifestivalen 2026.
Bulgaria :
Last month, DARA won Natsionalna Selektsiya 2026 and the golden ticket to represent Bulgaria at the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria.
DARA has been working with a team of song writers from Bulgaria, Romania and Sweden. They created three songs specifically for Eurovision. During tonight’s broadcast of Natsionalna Selektsiya 2026, DARA performed all three songs:
- “Bangaranga”
- “Curse”
- “This Is Me”
A combination of a ten member jury and an online public vote decided the song DARA will perform in Vienna which will be “Bangaranga”.
Finland :
Finnish national broadcaster, YLE hosted UMK which took place from the Nokia Arena in Tampere. UMK was hosted by Jasmin Beloued, Jorma Uotinen & Sami Sykkö.

The winner of UMk 2026 was decided by an international jury vote (25%) and a public vote (75%).
Linda x Pete will represent Finland at Eurovision 2026 with their song “Liekinheitin” and they will perform in the first half of the first semifinal on Tuesday May 12th.

Das Deutsche Finale 2026 showcased nine acts competing for the chance to represent Germany at Eurovision 2026.

The winner was then decided by 100% televote, which was won by Sarah Engels, she will go on to represent Germany with at Eurovision 2026.

Norway :
Norway’s preselection Melodi Grand Prix 2026 took place live from Håkons Hall in Lillehammer, Norway. The show was hosted by Markus Neby, Marte Stokstad & Ronny Brede Aase.

Lilla Al-Fadij with his song “Delulu” won the first round of voting, earning himself a spot in the final of Melodifestivalen 2026.
The second round of voting consisted of votes from 7 different age groups and a televote. The participant with the most points advanced to the final, which was Sanna Nielsen “Waste Your Love”.
